I got into the Aaliyah fandom far too late, but that doesn't mean I wasn't shocked and saddened ten years ago when the news came to light of her premature death in a plane crash. Her catalogue is full of incredible R&B jams, including "One In A Million", "Age Ain't Nothing But A Number", "Try Again" and "Are You Gonna Be That Somebody", but given the anniversary of her death, let's celebrate her final true hit, "Rock the Boat". The music video above was finished mere hours before her death.
