We interrupt this regular scheduled post of "Melismatic" for a word from Mel regarding Lady Gaga.Ms. Gaga is GOING BACK ON TOUR in the U.S.A and Canada, this time as the headliner. Girlfriend should expect nothing less, considering "Just Dance" is #1 this week. Good timing, honey. Best part? She's staying true to her roots and continuing to play club settings. Second best part? Her opening acts are Chester French and White Tie Affair!!!
All I'm saying is -- I'm am so there for the NYC gig. It may be a Tuesday night, but Webster Hall is right near my work so could this be more perfect? The answer to that is no.

As if I didn't have reason enough to envy you for living in New York now...you're almost guaranteed to get any touring artist! I was thinking about going to this show, but I'm not sure. Why doesn't anyone ever book shows in Ohio? Sigh...I guess I could go to Michigan or Illinois, but it's such a drive.
I had that problem when I lived upstate..It was always a drive to see anyone. But if I end up getting to see Gaga -- I'm definitely posting pics! :) And by the way -- envy me? I envy you for your incredible writing talent! I definitely appreciate your compliments!
