I strongly believe Kara DioGuardi will give the much needed invigoration to "American Idol", because her hitlist is just undeniable -- and is definitely a staple in my collection of fave songs. I also feel like she is a doppleganger of Season 5 runner up Katharine McPhee, and my love and former Soluna member America Olivo, no?So let's take a little trip down memory lane in terms of the amazing work that Kara has done both as a songwriter and as a producer. It's funny...while I respect her as a writer, there aren't many of these songs that I LOVE. Probably "Spinning Around", but I think that was as much performance as it was song.
Oh yeah! I'm so liking Kara DioGuardi's presence in the Idol panel. At least there's a clever opinionated woman in the panel instead of just Paula Abdul which is frantically making herself the dumbest judge between the 3.

Kara should definitely shake up the American Idol format. I only learnt a little while ago how prolific she was in the world of pop! I guess my fave track from that list would have to be Spinning Around. I guess she;ll get on great with other co-writer of the song, the Dule then won't she? I think i will start watching the shows about 2 weeks into the live shows, final ten or something. It's hard to keep up with international idols without it being spoilt before it airs in England three days later!!!!
